Did you know... On August 10, 2009, Gem State ATV Association President Clark Collins and Idaho ATV Association President Bill Jones met in Boise to discuss the possibility of combining the two organizations. They made an agreement that Idaho’s ATV community would benefit from merging the two organizations. They also agreed that the name for the new organization would be The Idaho State ATV Association, Inc. (ISATVA). Clark and Bill also agreed that it would be best for Clark to seek election as President of the newly formed ISATVA.
